We are committed to providing customers, business owners and employees with an exceptional experience, while incorporating environmentally sustainable operating practices and energy-efficiency measures at our property. Ways Fox Valley has safeguarded the environment over the past year include:
Recycling 149 tons of cardboard; the equivalent of saving 2,526 mature trees, conserving 57,726 kilowatt hours of energy, saving 38,484 gallons of oil, and reducing 1,188 lbs. of greenhouse gas emissions.
Diverting 21% of waste generated by the shopping center from landfills, saving 4,952 yd3 of landfill space.
Decreasing the center’s annual electrical consumption year-over-year in 2022 by 1.4%.
Providing 90,193 clean driving miles, saving 47,796 pounds of CO2, and offsetting 2,108 gallons of gasoline; equivalent to 310 trees planted through complimentary electric vehicle (EV) charging amenities.
